2. Personalized Products

All products are custom-made based on the personalization details (such as photos, names, dates, messages, or other details) you provide.
Customization details must be submitted by email to darakgiftingcompany@gmail.com after placing your order, along with your Order ID, WhatsApp/mobile number, required photos, and text details, using the subject line format: "Order #[Your Order Number] – Customization Details."
Production begins only after we receive complete and confirmed customization details from you.
Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call for clarification on any personalization detail before production begins.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details (spellings, names, dates, photos, messages, etc.) submitted to us. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (contact details, shipping address, personalization details) is accurate and complete.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of materials, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.

5. Production & Shipping Timelines

As all products are made to order, production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and level of customization. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order or on the product page.
Delays caused by incomplete or delayed customization details, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions) are not the responsibility of Darak Gifting Co.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy for details. In summary:

Since every product is personalized and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or personal preference.
Claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with an uninterrupted unboxing video, clear photos of the issue, and your Order Number.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Darak Gifting Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.
By submitting photos, names, or text for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have the necessary permissions to use it, and you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to submit any content (photos, text, or messages) for personalization that is unlawful, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order containing such content, with a refund issued at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darak Gifting Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to delays, loss of enjoyment, or dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of a personalized design that matched the details you provided.

10. Privacy

Any personal information and personalization details you share with us (including photos, names, and contact details) are used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., courier partners).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
